WHAT:

A program designed to connect successful, smart, innovative women. Through individual coaching, and group sessions, each participant will create a path of action to use new and re-energized skills in their professional and/or personal life. It will enable you to keep current with the newest business practices, current issues motivating women, and give you tips and techniques to chart an intentional path to fulfill your dreams. Through the program you will develop an incredible network of encouragement, support and resources.

HOW:

• Monthly meetings - 8 meetings in total (max of 10 women in the program)
  
• Leadership and Life behavioral assessment completed for each participant
  
• Individual 2 hour coaching session in the first 6 weeks of the program
  
• Individual action plans developed through the course of the program
  
• Four additional 30 minute individual coaching sessions over the year timeframe
  
• Opportunity to read and discuss current business and life topics through books (4 books) - a summary with key takeaways given to you for each book and article
  
• Critical life/business skills topics presented at each meeting
